Arrival & Orientation
Arrival from Tbilisi at 08:50. Consultant-led briefing session covering facility governance, regulatory frameworks, and financing history. Includes site layout orientation and safety induction.

Day 2 and 3
Host Facility 1 and 2
MRF: tipping floor, mechanical sorting, optical and ballistic metal recovery.
MBT: biological treatment, leachate, RDF/SRF residuals, landfill.
Leachate Treatment Plant. Q&A with operations team.
FIDIC contract management, EU/IFI reporting cycles, PIU organisational structure and lessons learned.
Sat 6 Jun
Day 4
Debrief & Knossos Visit
Structured debrief and formulation of actionable points for the Training Plan. The afternoon features a cultural visit to the archaeological site of Knossos to provide historical context to the region.
Sun 7 Jun
Day 5
Departure
Final administrative wrap-up and transit to the airport. Departure to Georgia scheduled for 21:55.
