Materials & Deliverables

A comprehensive digital dossier provided ahead of travel. The pack includes detailed facility profiles for DEDISA and ESDAK, EU regulatory references (EBRD EPRs), daily technical schedules, and safety protocols. This serves as the primary technical reference throughout the mission duration.

Post-visit Documentation

The study visit concludes with the issuance of a Visit Summary Report. This technical document captures operational benchmarks, institutional findings, and localized action points. Findings directly inform the ongoing PIU Training Programme and future operational supervision for the Tbilisi project.
