The Tbilisi Waste Treatment Project delegation will be accompanied throughout the visit by the Consultant team. The team comprises the Team Leader and at least one senior MBT/MRF technical expert to facilitate meaningful exchange and technical dialogue with host facility counterparts.
Host facility teams from DEDISA and ESDAK will be confirmed in the pre-visit briefing pack to be issued to the delegation prior to departure.

Consultant Team
A dedicated technical consultant team will accompany the Tbilisi PIU delegation throughout the study visit. The presence of the Team Leader and a senior MBT/MRF technical expert ensures that all site observations, operational queries, and institutional discussions are facilitated with the necessary technical depth and project context. This support is designed to bridge operational findings in Crete directly to the upcoming Tbilisi Reference Facility procurement requirements.
Host Facility Personnel
The site visits will be hosted by senior technical directors and facility operators from DEDISA (Chania) and ESDAK (Rethymno). These counterparts will lead technical walkthroughs and engage in structured Q&A sessions regarding plant maintenance, mechanical sorting efficiency, and organic waste processing. A complete profile list of host facility representatives will be provided in the pre-visit briefing pack issued prior to departure.
